My World XI | July 2023

Let’s analyse my world XI. Follow the Youtube channel and the web to analyze the changes at the beginning of each month.

We start with the goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois, the Real Madrid player has been performing at a high level for several seasons and his matches in the Champions League make him worthy of being the best in the world in his position.

In the defensive line, as right back Trent Alexander-Arnold, the Liverpool player has evolved at the end of the season towards a more decisive player with his key passes. Klopp’s new game system will enhance his abilities.

As centre-backs, Rúben Dias and Ronald Araújo. For me they are the best central defenders in the Premier League and La Liga, which makes them part of the team.

I have had the most doubts in the left-back position, since Alphonso Davies seems to me unbeatable in the best version of him, although due to his performance this season and the versatility shown, my choice is Oleksandr Zinchenko.

The defensive midfielder is surely the position in which there is currently the greatest difference compared to the next player. Rodri Hernández is the best, being a candidate for the Ballon d’Or.

Line of 3 with Vinícius, De Bruyne and Salah. Among these players I think the right winger is the most disputed position but the 34 goals and 20 assists are enough to give the Egyptian his place in the team.

And as strikers Kylian Mbappé and Erling Haaland, leaving out Harry Kane, who although he has been extraordinary in the Premier League, I think the Frenchman is better.
