World Cup 2022: Tunisia’s direct plays put Denmark on the ropes – Analysis

The Danish team arrived in Qatar as one of the best teams of the last year, but the first stone on the road was a great Tunisia.

The Africans were superior in the first half, conceding no goalscoring chances and playing a very well worked direct style. Long balls to Issam Jabali and from there attacking the space.

They lacked finishers on the side crosses and precision in key passes in attacking transitions.

They suffered in the last half hour with some chances for Denmark, who came close to winning the game. A fair draw.
